Shipping Fees:

• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $5.00 Australia-wide for printed products.
• Express Shipping: A flat fee of $12.00 Australia-wide for printed products.
• For Hair, Baby, or Jewellery items, shipping is calculated by weight. Please refer to the shipping calculation in your cart at checkout.

Processing Time:
As our products are made to order, please allow us up to five business days to make and pack your order before it is shipped.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Delivery: Delivery times for items purchased from Made By T typically take between 3 to 10 business days.
• Express Delivery: For faster shipping, express delivery takes between 1 to 5 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items:
In the event that your purchased product is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within two business days to discuss alternative products or an exchange.

Made By T Returns & Exchange Policy

At Made By T, all of our products are carefully handmade and assembled by me, ensuring each item is unique. As a result, there may be slight variations between products, which is a normal part of our process.

Refunds & Exchanges

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason your product is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Refunds:

We will accept returns and issue refunds if your product is faulty or damaged. Please note the following:

  • Date of delivery
  • Reason for return
  • If the product is damaged or faulty, please include clear images

• Eligibility:
  Refunds are only available within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. Products returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
• Condition of the Product:
  To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, with all components included.
• Refund Process:
  Once the returned product is inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the shipping fee.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your product, please follow these steps:

• Exchange Requests:

  • Date of delivery
  • Reason for exchange
  • The product you wish to receive in exchange
  • If the product is damaged or faulty, please include clear images

• Personalized or Custom Orders: These are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• Sale Items: No refunds or exchanges will be provided for items purchased during a sale.
