These are made to order please ensure you pick your font and colour from the drop down boxes below.

All are handmade Therefore occasionally there can be minor differences and imperfections. No two are made the same. thus making each item that you purchase from us unique.

Christmas Gift Tags
We have a flat shipping fee of $5.00 Australia wide for Standard Shipping and $12.00 for Express Shipping.
As These Items are made to order, Please allow us five business days to make and pack your order.
Standard delivery times for items Purchased schased From Made By T are Between Three And Ten Business Days.
Express delivery times for items Purchased From Made By T are between one and 5 business days.
In the event that your product purchased in not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an alternative product or exchange.
We want all of our customers to know that all Products from Made By T are made to order and all handmade and assembled By me therefore each product will be slightly different and may have some minor differences.
Made By T will happily exchange or provide a full refund if by the off chance your product is faulty and / or damaged (terms and conditions apply, please see below)
Made By T will not provide a refund or exchange if it is a personalised product, you change your mind, ordered the wrong product, damaged the product by misusing or used the product for a long time and the problem is a result of usual wear and tear.
If by the off chance your product is faulty and you would like an exchange or a full refund, please see below terms and conditions:
Refunds:
To Return products Please contact Us at MadeByT2023@gmail.com with the following information attached.
- Your full name
- Address
- Order number
- The date of delivery of the product
- Reason why you are returning the Product
- If the product is damaged or faulty please provide images
- A contact phone number
If Made By T accepts the Refund request we will then provide the customer with the next steps in getting the products back to us and then inspected by us.
Products coming back for refunds MUST be in the original packaging and with everything included. refunds are only available with in 7 days since the product was deliverd to the customer. if it returned after the 7 day period the stock will not be eligible fo a Refund.
Once the stock has been inspected and we will then contact the customer letting them know if the refund has been approved or not.
If the refund is approved by Made By T it will be refunded back to the customer (less the shipping fee)
Exchanges:
To Exchange a Product please follow the steps below.

- Reason why you are returning the Product
- the product you are wanting to after the exchange
- If the product is damaged or faulty please provide images

Unfortunately persionalised and custom order items are not refundable.
